Updated: October 10, 2025

Mylance.co (“Site”) is a copyrighted work belonging to Mylance Co (“Company”, “us”, “our”, “we”). Certain features of the Site or related services (“Services”) may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted in connection with such features. All such additional terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of the Site and Services. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you accept these Terms (on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent) and represent that you have the right, authority, and capacity to do so. You may not access or use the Site or Services if you are under 18. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Site or Services.

These Terms require arbitration on an individual basis (Section 8.2), waive jury trial and class actions, and limit remedies.

1. Accounts

1.1 Account Creation
To use certain features, you must register for an account (“Account”) and provide accurate information. You agree to keep your information current. You may delete your Account at any time via the Site. We may suspend or terminate your Account under Section 7.

1.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activities under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use.

2. Access to the Site and Services

2.1 License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the Site and Services solely for your internal business purposes.

2.2 Restrictions
You shall not: license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or commercially exploit the Site or any content; modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Site; access the Site to build a similar or competitive product or service; or copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of the Site except as expressly permitted. All copyright and proprietary notices must be retained.

2.3 Modification
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of the Services at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for such modifications.

2.4 No Support
We have no obligation to provide support or maintenance unless expressly agreed in writing.

2.5 Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Site and Services are owned by us or our licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set forth herein.

3. LinkedIn-Connected Features & Platform Compliance
Certain features allow authorized admins to publish content, moderate comments, and view aggregated analytics for LinkedIn Pages or profiles you control, using LinkedIn’s Community Management APIs (“LinkedIn-Connected Features”).

Permitted Use
LinkedIn-Connected Features may be used solely to manage your own Page(s) or profile(s) for posting, moderation, and aggregated engagement/follower metrics, as allowed by LinkedIn’s terms and policies.

Prohibited Uses (LinkedIn)
You shall not (and shall not permit any third party to): export, download, transfer, or disclose LinkedIn member data outside the Services; combine LinkedIn data with CRM, lead lists, enrichment, or third-party datasets; use LinkedIn data for advertising, sales, prospecting, recruiting, mass messaging, audience building, or social feeds outside the Services; scrape LinkedIn or perform automated actions (including automated connections, messages, likes, comments, or follows); or circumvent LinkedIn rate limits or access controls.

Data Handling
We store LinkedIn profile data no longer than 24 hours and LinkedIn social activity data (e.g., posts, comments, reactions) no longer than 48 hours, and may retain aggregated, anonymized metrics thereafter. We do not disclose LinkedIn data to third parties other than essential sub-processors acting on our behalf under confidentiality.

Access Limitation
LinkedIn data surfaced in the Services is visible only to users authorized for the specific Page or profile. You represent that you are duly authorized to grant such access.

Suspension/Revocation
We may modify, suspend, or disable LinkedIn-Connected Features if required by LinkedIn or if we reasonably believe a violation of LinkedIn’s or our terms has occurred. LinkedIn may revoke API access at any time.

4. Third-Party Platforms, Links & Ads; Other Users
The Site may link to third-party websites, services, or ads (“Third-Party Links & Ads”). We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their terms; nothing in these Terms authorizes activity that would violate a third-party platform’s rules (including LinkedIn’s).

5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us (and our officers, employees, and agents) harmless, including costs and attorneys’ fees, from any claim arising out of: your use of the Site or Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of law; or your use of third-party platforms in violation of their terms (including LinkedIn’s Platform Policies or Community Management API terms).

6. Disclaimers
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We and our suppliers disclaim all warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our suppliers) shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or costs of substitute goods or services, arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).

8. Term; Changes; Dispute Resolution
We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site or Services (including your Account) at any time for any reason, including for breach. Upon termination, your right to use the Site and Services ends immediately.

We may revise these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email (if on file) and/or by posting on the Site. Changes become effective 30 days after notice or posting. Continued use after effectiveness constitutes acceptance.

9. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information, and how we handle LinkedIn and Google API data.

10. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Services. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. “Including” means “including without limitation.” If any provision is invalid, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain in force.
